The Indo- Bangladesh bordering districts under state of West Bengal turn out to be a killing field for posted Border Security Force personnel. They are killing citizens without any respect for procedures or set rule and laws of the country.

 Here again a case of killing a near minor, by faith Muslim, named Mr. Sahajahan Gazi as the districts 24 Parganas (north) and Murshidabad have major concentration of populace from minority community, the posted BSF has scant respect for constitutional guarantee of equality of belief and faith. Majority of the BSF personnel posted along the Indo- Bangladesh border having a false notion that every person from religious minority community has some links with subversive activities and involved with smuggling. This falsified approach prompting them to take law in their own hand, which is not only undesirable but against the basic fabric of our country. 

Sajahan was taken into BSF custody tortured and left for die. While villagers tried to rescue him and provide him medical assistance, BSF purposefully restricted them and ensured his death by making medical assistance unavailable. 

The local police in connivance with posted BSF are not following the proper procedure and reluctant to investigate the incident with propriety and efficiency and taken a biased stand already.
