PROGRAME AGAINST CUSTODIAL TORTURE AND IMPUNITY- [PACTI]

MASUM has joined hands with Human Rights Law Network to stand against custodial torture and impunity. The programme is concurrently taking place at 12 states of the country with prime objective to minimize custodial torture in every states and providing medical and legal support to the torture survivors with civil society participation.

• Banglar Manabadhikar Suraksha Mancha (MASUM) starts its all India venture along with Human Rights Law Network (HRLN)as Programme against Custodial Torture and Impunity (PACTI)

• PACTI’s first step at Meghalaya in order to sensitize different stakeholders on custodial torture and impunity

• PACTI forwards its hand in reducing custodial torture and impunity towards the state with bad repute on human rights standards

• PACTI moves to Kashmir in demand for repelling Armed Forces Special Power Act and genuine demand of Right to self determination
